Peer Review

The peer review that we had on Monday went by quite well in my opinion. I always have like doing this before I turn in my final paper because I get other people’s viewpoint on my paper. Many advantages exist when you let other people read your work, for example, errors could be spotted, holes could be filled, and ideas can be forged. Plus people are usually bias when comes to their own paper, and they think everything is right. Another reason why peer review sessions help me because they force me to read back over my paper and correct my errors, whereas if there was no session I probably would get lazy and wing it hoping that I didn’t make many errors.
A few negative things about the session on Monday were I was confused on the questions that asked “What were three strengths/ weaknesses as a believer and What were three strengths/ weaknesses as a doubter. In my opinion the two questions were pretty much asking the same things. Another minor problem is it is kind of hard to fit in time to read each others papers, comment on them, and have discussion in the 50 minute class time, but overall the peer review was a great tool

I would definately have to agree on evet is funny everything that you said in this blog..It is funny because I thought that I was the only one that was lost when it came to that question in the peer review sheet. It is definatley true that if I did not have peer review I probabaly would not be forced to look over my paper..Good points Elijah
